1.5 yrs
Great Pyrenees

The look in my eyes is hope, and a little uncertainty. I’m Antonia, a 1.5 year old, 67 lb girl who should weigh at least 80 lbs and never wants to be afraid again. I wish I had lots of stories to capture your heart so you’d want to adopt me but, well, I just don’t because I was a stray. All I know is GPRA saved me from a shelter, cleaned off all my fleas, and gave me a special, Italian name that means priceless, praiseworthy and beautiful. I’d be so happy if you think I’m all those things, too. Do you want to help me? If yes, please email or click the “Apply to Adopt” button and we can start my real story.

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
