Hi y’all, I am Edgar, “brother” to Winston. I am 4 years old and weigh about 82 lbs. We just arrived at GPRA after our new owner realized we were too much for him. We had a super duper home but a lot of sad things happened and our humans passed away. Our new owner was a bit of an older man and I think we were just too big for him. (I don’t think he’d ever seen such big fellas like us!) I have great house manners and I love to ride in the car. I am good with other dogs and people, big and small. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
