Hi, my name is Gareth. I am a special boy around the age of 7. I have a special gait that is causing some discomfort when I walk. My rear left knee cap is positioned rather odd. I am doing the best I can to be mobile and keep movement so that I can start healing. I will need to see our Orthopedic Surgeon to find out what they can do for me soon and once they have an action plan, I will be ready to start my healing journey. For the next few months, I will need a family that will understand my needs and can help me through this. Once I get the OKAY to start normal activity, I have a feeling there will alot of long walks in my future. The staff that is taking care of me have nicknamed me “Harry Potter” because of the scars over my eye. If you have the time to invest in me while I recover, I promise to repay you with unconditional love. Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
