Hellllllo!! I am the sweet sweet Hana. I wandered around the country for awhile and spent my time at animal control. Whew. I am glad to be at GPRA looking for my new home! I am about 5 years old and on the thin side at 70 lbs. I am ready to catch up on some good meals and relax with some new friends. I love people and am very gentle and sweet. I think I like hanging out with people better than anything else there is to do. I am already great in the house and getting used to things they call “stairs”. I am learning so many new things with my peeps. Leashes! who’d have known? Takes a little getting used to, but I like them. I think I am really going to like this new life of mine! Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
