Hi y’all, I’m Mariah, a lovely 4 year old lady who is looking for her new home. My owners were unable to take care of me because of their severe medical issues and asked GPRA to help me find a great new family. I am a submissive girl who enjoying spending time with my humans. I am shy at first but in no time, I will warm up to you and become your best friend. I do get along with other dogs and would like to have a furry companion to spend time with if you have to leave me for a few hours a day. I really miss my family but I am in a fantastic foster home where I am getting a lot of attention and just know my new family is out there waiting for me to join them. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
