Great Pyrenees

Hi y’all, I am the marvelous Morris!  I am a returning GPRA alumni because my family had a major change in circumstances and could no longer keep me.  GPRA said they promised to help me find a new forever home.  Hard to be modest when you are the best looking boy around!  I am 6 years old.  I am a special boy who needs a calm home with a human or two to keep me company.  You see I have some issues with my back and in my stomach. My diet only allows for one type of food, so naturally I crave everything else that is within my reach.  As for my back, I am not allowed to play hard and that is why I do not hang out with other dogs because playing is too tempting.  You may have picked up that I do not let my limitations hold me back. I like to be near you, but I do not require constant petting.  I do like a nice bed so I hope my forever home has a nice low one to share with me at night.  I cannot wait
to hear from you as I know we can have fun together while we grow old.  Contact GPRA today for more information at

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
