Hi everyone, it’s me, Violet. The amazing 6 year old girl looking for my forever home. I am back with GPRA because I just can not handle the south Florida thunderstorms on a daily basis. I am scared of thunderstorms and they are constant down there! So my mom thought I would do best back up in GA as much as she loves me and wanted to keep me, she feels I will do better elsewhere. I am a very gregarious girl and I have never met a stranger that I did not love. I love to be with people and other dogs too. I enjoy talking walks and hosting picnics. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
