Hello, I’m Daruk, a striking boy with 2 different color eyes to add to my overall puppy cuteness. That thing called the Internet says my name means Charioteer of Lord Krishna and Tree. As a 13-week-old, 24 lb. boy puppy I have no idea who the Charioteer of Lord Krishna was (is?) but I certainly intend to make good use of trees as I grow up! And I also intend to steal a lot of ladies’ hearts with my extra special eyes. Actually, I expect to capture all kinds of attention everywhere I go, wouldn’t it be fun if we go together? Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
