Merlin’s Beard, I made it to GPRA! I’m Harry Potter, a 68 lb, 2 year old boy who, like my name sake, believes it’s no good crying over spilt potions. I love to play and run. I have been working really hard in my foster home with what they call “training”. I know lots of commands and even love my crate! I have learned so many things and just love being with my people. I think I’d like a family that will be home with me a lot and want to take me with them when they go out. I really like to play and adventure with my “person”. I’m what they call “busy”. I keep track of everything that is going on around me. I like dogs that are about my size to play with. Those little dogs aren’t as much fun since they just can’t seem to play the way I do. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
