Hi there, I am the magnificent Magnus. I am 3 years old and weight 82 lbs.
I came to GPRA after wandering on my own for a while and the local county animal control took me off the streets. As you can see I went from Rags to Riches in a short time period. Thanks to GPRA, you can see my before picture when I was clearly a little dirty. They took me in, cleaned me up, gave me a pep talk and boom, I was placed into a wonderful foster family. I have a PYR foster brother and two of the cutest human toddlers that are teaching me what it it like to be part of a family. As you can see, I do enjoy my time around the pool and catching those rays on a sunny afternoon. I have great house manners and will be the perfect addition to your family. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
