Hello. I’m Millie, an almost 2-year-old, on the thin side, (73 lbs) female whose human family asked GPRA to please find me a new home. I know a few things about myself, including that I’m a little shy so it’s a bit scary sharing in public. But I want the right furever home so badly, I’ll try. Here goes: I’m house-trained; used to running loose but still pretty low key; come when called; happy with other dogs but unsure of cats; I love to be with fur siblings or people. Oh, and I also had puppies not too long ago but they all live somewhere else so it would be just you and me, unless maybe you have human “puppies”? Those are called kids, right? Well, thank you for letting me introduce myself and if you want to visit some more, please email

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
