Wag, Wag, Wag. Hi! I am Rex! I am a 6-year-old big guy and about 109 lbs. My family was not able to care for me anymore so they came back to GPRA to find me the bestest home ever! I have been outside hanging out in the yard and sleeping on the big porch. I get along with most dogs, not really sure about those meowing things. I’ve only seen a couple from far away. I love all people, big and small. I heard all about sofas and thought that I’d like to learn to be an inside dog that gets yummy treats and a soft bed. I hope you can help me learn some new tricks. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
